Step Three: Conceptual Design

Experience the excitement as JKI crafts a visionary concept. Expect a collaborative Pinterest board and initial floor planning. Conclude with a review, ensuring alignment with your design intent.

Step Four: Design Development

Enter the design development phase with a "trade day." With refined plans, sources materials, and finalizes selections, including tiles, lighting, finishes, and furnishings. 

Step Five: Final Design

Witness the completion of plans, specifications, and permit acquisition. JKI initiates accessory collection and project management tasks. Regular site visits ensure flawless execution, with adjustments made as needed.
